    What You’ll Receive

    1 hour design & development meeting

    A beautifully designed website (with 3 unique templates to choose from)

    4 hours of design help within the framework of the template you’ve selected

    5 pages of dynamic content (additional pages at a flat rate of $50 per page)

    1 hour of training on how to update the content of your website after your site launches

    Email setup (for up to 5 email addresses)

    1 year of basic hosting and email support

    Basic SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

    Additional Content Writing Service

    Over the years, we have found that some of our clients are too busy to dedicate themselves to writing content for their website. Fortunately, Cawiji Studios has a professional writer who can visit you at your business or home and spend 2 hours writing as much content as possible in the 2 hour timeframe for only $100 extra. If your 2 hour limit is reached before all of your content is written, each client will have the option to continue for only $50/hour in 15 minute increments. This is a great value.

    Payments You Can Afford

    $347 deposit and then only $75/month*

    *13 month contract required (includes 1st month of design & development prior to launch). After your first year, you may choose to continue paying $75/mo for unlimited 24/7 technical support and 1 free hour of maintenance each month or drop your payments down to $25/mo with no technical support, basic hosting and email. All support requests with the $25/month option is charged at a reduced hourly rate of $75/hour.

    Step 2

    Step 2: Read Terms & Conditions / Sign Contract

    Read contract and terms & conditions. If you agree to abide by our terms & conditions and contract please print and fax your signed contract to 888-384-9138, scan and email it to us or send your signed contract by mail to: Cawiji Studios, P.O. Box 225, Sebastopol, CA 95473

     

    Step 3

    Step 3: Design & Development Meeting

    Once we receive your signed contract and deposit, Cawiji Studios will call within 48 hours to schedule your design and development meeting. During your design meeting, we will also discuss domain name & email preferences so please be prepared to tell us what URL (http://www.example.com) you would like to have for your business as well your preferences for email addresses (you are allowed up to 5 email addresses).

     

    Step 4

    Step 4: Email Assets

    Within 1 week of our design meeting we will need to receive your logo, photography, illustrations, artwork and text for your pages in order to begin customizing your template.

    Assets needed: your logo and any photography, illustrations or other artwork you’d like us to use in your website. Also copy (text) for your website. Please note: if you don’t have any photographs, illustrations or other artwork we can use, we’ll need to ask  you to hire a photographer and/or purchase your own stock images.

     

    Step 5

    Step 5: Design & Approve

    Cawiji Studios will take your logo, images and text and place everything into the template you’ve chosen. Once we are finished, we will present your live website for client approval. If revisions are necessary, we will make necessary revisions (limit: 2 rounds of revisions) and re-submit for final approval.

     

    Step 6

    Step 6:  Write Content

    Each client has 2 weeks from the date of their signed contract to write content. If you need help writing content, please read the “Additional Content Writing Service” section above. We are always happy to assist you in this process.

    Step 7:  Your Site Goes Live

    Your website goes live to the world and you are open for business!

    The Fine Print

    In order to mutually benefit from this working relationship, it is imperative that we meet our deadlines with you (our client) but it is equally imperative that you meet your deadlines with us. If we do not receive your assets one week after our design meeting, we must proceed with the build of your website with FPO (For Placement Only) images and must charge you for your first payment of $75 within 30-45 days following the signing of your contract. There will be no exceptions. If your website still has FPO images by the time your website is ready to launch, we will not launch your website.  We will continue to wait for your assets. Once we receive your assets, we will upload them and push your website live as soon as possible.
